Annual dog travel insurance should be taken if you plan on taking your pet on more than one trip during a 12 month period. Most policies stipulate that each trip can be for a period of no more than 28 days at a time.

  • Veterinary Fees - This will protect your dog in case it becomes ill or injured and requires emergency treatment during your trip.

  • Accommodation - You are protected against additional accommodation costs that arise due to problems with your dog.
  • Repatriation - In the unforeseen circumstances that your dog dies during your holiday, your insurance should cover costs to return your dog to the UK.
  • Theft / Straying - You are covered against the costs for the retrieval of your missing dog including advertising.
  • Replacement Documents - Protection to cover the costs associated with replacing necessary documents that are lost or damaged.
  • Public Liability - This will protect you in the event that your dog causes damage to a third party or the property of a third party during a trip.
